Mike Noel has been an active member of the Utah State House of Representatives since his election in 2002. 

Over this four year period he has personally sponsored over 31 bills, house sponsored 6 Senate Bills, and co-sponsored 17 bills.  In his freshman year Representative Noel was able to pass into law all five of his introduced bills. 

State Party Chairman Joe Cannon remarked at a public event in Panguitch that “…he was not sure if he knew if a freshman legislator had ever been that successful in his first year in the legislature.” 

 

Mike is known for his commitment to make himself available to all of his constituents.
